Secrets of a Soul

In the 1920s, G.W. Pabst created a film called "Secrets of a Soul" (in German, "Geheimnisse einer Seele") which attempted to visual the Freudian unconscious (somewhat the way Zoe Beloff's Coney Island Psychoanalytic Society does).

Veronika Fuechtner mentioned this in her talk on the Berlin Psychoanalytic.

There's a good review of the movie on the blog, "My Silent Films."
